The WAT Rooms MCP server lets any Model Context Protocol host book rooms for you. Unlike the CLI and skills plugin, it needs no installation and no terminal: you add one URL to your AI app, sign in with your WAT email code, and the booking tools appear in chat.

Connect

Settings → ConnectorsAdd custom connector → paste https://mcp.wat.com/mcpAdd. Click Connect and follow the sign-in.
On first connect your AI app opens the WAT Rooms sign-in:
  1. Email code: enter your email; a 6-digit code arrives by mail. New to WAT Rooms? Your account is created automatically if your email is on the resident list.
  2. Consent: approve what the connection may do (see rooms and bookings; create, edit, and cancel bookings on your behalf).
That’s it. The connection acts as you: bookings it makes are your bookings, with your daily budget, and it can only edit or cancel your own. Access expires and renews automatically; deactivated members lose access immediately.

The tools

Try: “What rooms are free tomorrow between 2 and 4pm? Book the biggest one for 30 minutes.”

Rules and time zones

The server enforces the same booking rules as everywhere else: open hours 06:00–22:00 Europe/Brussels, minimum 15 minutes, 120 booking-minutes per day, 30 days ahead, no overlaps. Times you mention without a zone are read as Europe/Brussels wall-clock. Rule violations come back as readable errors (see error codes) so your agent can propose an alternative instead of guessing.
